WEBApr 1, 2020 · I got my oil changed at a Ford dealership in North Texas yesterday and it turns out they use Synthetic Blend 15W40 for all diesels including the 6.7. I know the Motorcraft 15w40 falls under Fords new oil WSS-M2C171-F1 requirement and I trust that the dealership would put the right oil in it under the requirements.

You won't find gallon jugs but 5 gallon buckets. There is one 5 gallon buckets of engine oil (10w-30), 2 of engine oil (15w-40), 2 buckets of ATF+3, 2 buckets of 80w-90 gear lube (no LS additive).

That said the 5w-40 is a CJ-4 oil and the latest diesel oil from AMSOIL. It has the most advance additives on the market today.
