WEBOct 12, 2016 · Lay the movement on a stack of paper towels or old newspapers. Spray the springs thoroughly with Slick 50-One lube. It will wick in between the leaves and cover all the surfaces. Let it drain for a few minutes. Wind up the springs all the way, over the paper towels/newspapers, to catch drips.

Never used Liberty oil but if it works well, why would you want to change?
