October can be cool and rainy, but it just means that there will be more waterfalls for you to enjoy! The suspension bridge itself is a little steep and you might find it to be a challenge if you’re unsteady on your feet, but my 80 year old mother has no problem on it. The trails are well maintained and you should be fine if you can handle some inclines. Just take your time and enjoy the scenery and watch the squirrels gathering food for the upcoming winter. I live here in North Vancouver and am happy to answer any other questions you may have.

A bit of a walk when you get off, but worth it! I have noticed there are many tourists just now so you will not get lost! Enjoy the area! It’s beautiful!
