Take the elevator to the second and third floors to see stunning 360 canal views when you stay at our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house. You will find additional sleeping in the master suite for two in the private sun room/office. There is a media area which includes a sleeper sofa/trundle. Your group of up to 10 can easily spread out in our 2,900 square-foot house configured with an elevator. Once inside, you will see a wall of windows, open floor plan overlooking the canal. This wonderful property is ideal for entertainment: seating for 14 inside. Outdoors and facing the canal you can enjoy a high top Adirondack table and chairs, surfboard bar which seats six, four gliders and another four Adirondack chairs on the front porch. Sip a refreshing beverage from one of the three covered porches while admiring the views, or walk two blocks to the beach! Wake up each morning, watch the sea turtles, charter boats and dolphins or fish from our private docks. Park your boat or rent a boat and utilize our boat slips.
