The trail is a well marked and a beautiful hike! Lots of birds and squirrels running about. It was an easy hike for older or younger hikers. Full review by Linda J

We took the trail to go to Cascade Falls. Realistically, we received no help from anyone we asked about the 2-mile trail. It would have been helpful if someone told us it was not a stroll in the woo… Full review by JonK916

Sorry Heather but this trail is somewhat strenuous. It is a mountain after all. Consider Chattahoochee Bend State Park. There is a flat easy trail that follows the river I think will fit you current ability. Also McIntosh Reserve in Carrol County, GA I'm told would be good for you, too.

From the WJSP Tower Parking Lot on the east end of the trail it is 2 miles to Cascade Falls. From the Country Store on the west end of the trail it is 21 miles. There are other smaller falls such as Slippery Rock Falls, Big rock Falls and Csonka Falls. These are between the WJSP parking lot and Cascade Falls.
