We were there 2 weeks ago, and the trees were in their splendor of color. Simply peaceful and beautiful of what Mother Nature has for us. The hike was a good hike and enjoyable. Full review by 161KarenF

Yes you can. However, they advise buying them ahead of time so you can reserve your time slot. We were able to use ours a day early because the Flume Gorge was not busy and we were trying to avoid the rain which was forecast for the day of our actual reservation. Use the web site..very user friendly. The short return trail from the Gorge is closed so you need to plan on the full hike about 2 miles. Lots to see so its a great hike.

Hi Please check this It will open May 7 and following is the off season policy This park is always open for recreation unless otherwise posted. During off hours and the off-season the park is typically not staffed, comfort stations are not available and gates may be closed. The off-season poses unique risks inherent when participating in outdoor recreational activities. Recreationists should possess the necessary knowledge, skill, and equipment to ensure their own safety. Users assume all risk while recreating in State Park lands. Its available on website as well but somehow its not letting me providing that link. You can google (nhstatepark) Thanks
