We are riding our Bike up from Georgia. We expect to hit Sturgis on Oct 10. We are planning 4 days in SD for riding and sight seeing before moving on to Colorado. Can anyone tell me if Needles will be open during this time? The only info I can find is that it is open through mid October. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I would think the road would be open. Traffic should be much lighter in the fall. Many of the restaurants and shops do close after Labor Day. So you might want to check and see how …
