Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says he is pleased to see that Russia is engaging with finding an end to the war, but there must be a ceasefire before peace talks can start.

Top Iranian and U.S. negotiators will resume talks on Sunday to address disputes over Tehran's nuclear programme, in a push for progress as Washington hardens its stance ahead of U.S. President Donald Trump's Middle East visit.

The announcement was made by leaders of Britain, France, Germany, Poland and Ukraine after a meeting in Kyiv, and a phone call with President Trump.
