Georgia (10-2, 6-2) was the only team to beat Texas during the regular season, leaving Royal-Memorial Stadium with a 30-15 win in October. That was the sixth all-time meeting between the Longhorns and Bulldogs and just the second since 2000. Texas still holds a 4-2 all-time advantage in the series.
