Dustin Wolf made 28 saves in regulation and was perfect on two shots faced in the shootout as the Calgary Flames rallied to a 2-1 victory over the New York Islanders on Tuesday night.

Andrei Kuzmenko deked backhand and lifted a shot over the blocker of New York goalie Semyon Varlamov in the second round of the shootout before Justin Kirkland shot low glove by Varlamov in the third. Wolf stopped both shooters he faced.

The New York Islanders faced the Calgary Flames on Nov. 19 in a game that ended 2-1 for the Flames in a shootout. The only big takeaway is that both teams have great goaltenders.
