A man was shot and killed at a Garner apartment complex Tuesday night. The Garner Police Department said the shooting happened at the Comet Garner apartment complex on Isner Lane around 9:53 p.m. That's where police said they found a 44-year-old man who had been shot. He died from his injuries.
