The San Francisco 49ers made a handful of roster moves ahead of their Week 3 showdown against the Los Angeles Rams. Tight end George Kittle was downgraded to 'out' after originally being listed as doubtful on the team's Friday injury report.

Already without two of their most important players, the San Francisco 49ers added two more key names to the injury report Thursday when tight end George Kittle and cornerback Charvarius Ward did not participate in practice.

The 49ers ruled out George Kittle for Sunday’s game at the Rams and elevated tight end Brayden Willis and defensive end Sam Okuayinonu from the practice squad.
