Venom: The Last Dance has made $393 million so far at the worldwide box office, against a reported budget of around $120 million. This is around half of what any major studio would spend on a big superhero tent pole.

The South Korean theatrical box office sunk to its lowest-earning weekend of the year, despite the release of new films including "Hear Me: Our Summer," "Red One" and "Anora." "Venom: The Last Dance" and "Hear Me: Our Summer" were essentially tied for first place.
