Megan Fox is expecting her fourth baby, her first with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly. Fox is already mom to three sons, while Machine Gun Kelly is dad to one daughter.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are expecting a little bundle of joy. Fox, 38, revealed she is pregnant with her fourth child on Monday with a slick Instagram post, posing naked covered in what appeared to be black oil as she cradles her baby bump in the first of two photos.

"Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back," Fox wrote while referencing song lyrics from Kelly's "last november," a song about his and Fox's past pregnancy loss.
