Update: Millar Fire in San Diego County remains at nearly full containment
Millar Fire initially started 1:48 p.m. Nov. 20 in San Diego County. It has burned 11 acres after being active for 47 hours. By Friday afternoon, the fire crew succeeded in containing 90% of the wildfire. The cause of it remains under investigation.
