One person is dead after a shooting on Nolensville Pike early Monday. According to police, this began as a vehicle crash into a vape shop and was later upgraded to a shooting by police.

Metro police are searching for a suspect who reportedly opened fire on a vehicle driving along Nolensville Pike early Monday morning, killing one person and critically wounding another.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The driver of a car is dead after it crashed into a building on Nolensville Pike in south Nashville following a shooting at an event center on Woodbine Street, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department. Officers said multiple shots were fired.

Authorities have closed Nolensville Pike at Joyner Avenue during the investigation. "This is particularly true if Russia assesses that the US cannot or will not support the European NATO countries in a war with Russia."
