On Thursday, Miami hosted the Latin Grammy Awards. Artist Juan Luis Guerra and his band 4.40, who won for record of the year and album of the year, plus producer Edgar Barrera, gathered the most awards of the night.

Mexican hitmaker Edgar Barrera & Argentine artist Nathy Peluso received three awards each at the Latin Grammy Premiere.

Juan Luis Guerra 4.40 took home the album of the year trophy at the 2024 Latin Grammy Awards for his “Radio Güira,” not long after receiving record of the year for “Mambo 23.”

To kick off the night, Carlos Vives lit up the stage with a medley of some of his biggest hits including "Fruta Fresca," "La Bicicleta" and "Robarte Un Beso" (Vives was also named The Latin Recording Academy's Person of the Year).
