Police are investigating an attempted robbery that left a man with a gunshot wound in a parking lot at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa Sunday night. KTLA's Sara Welch hears from witnesses and some who helped at the scene.

Apparently targeting the victim's Rolex watch, a male suspect fled the scene after allegedly shooting a man during an attempted robbery in the South Coast Plaza parking lot.
