EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio (WKBN)- The East Liverpool Police Department is warning residents about another scam going around. According to a post on the department’s Facebook page, scammers are posing as officers with ELPD and Saint Clair Township Police asking businesses to check and count their cash registers for fake bills.
