DEIR AL-BALAH, Gaza Strip (AP) — The Israeli military launched waves of deadly airstrikes across Gaza and Lebanon on Friday, killing 25 people in the central Gaza Strip, according to the enclave’s health authorities. Israeli attacks across Lebanon’s northeast killed at least two dozen people, Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency reported.

Israeli strikes early Tuesday killed 10 people in the Gaza Strip, including four children and two women, Palestinian officials say. In the occupied West Bank, Israeli forces killed two people in an airstrike and shot a third person dead.

Israeli airstrikes killed at least 31 people in the Gaza Strip on Sunday, Palestinian medics said, with nearly half of the deaths in northern areas where the army has waged a month-long campaign it says is aimed at preventing Hamas from regrouping.
