A new gourmet cookie shop is coming to Sacramento.. Chip Cookies will hold its grand opening at 3590 Crocker Drive, Suite 110, in Sacramento on Saturday, Aug. 3, according to its Instagram page.

The targeted opening date for the Poway Dirty Dough Cookies store is Saturday, July 6. A soft opening is planned for July, then a grand opening is expected to be held the first week of August.
