Aaron Glenn is the new head coach of the New York Jets. Glenn, 52, was officially hired by the Jets this week and he was long a fan favorite for the job. While Glenn deserves credit as a strong defensive coordinator with the Detroit Lions in recent years, a lot of him being coveted in New York has to do with his past with Gang Green.

Jets defensive line coach Aaron Whitecotton and cornerbacks coach Tony Oden are also both under consideration for roles on Glenn’s staff, according to sources.

According to The Athletic, Nick Caley, the Los Angeles Rams' pass game coordinator and tight end coach, is seen as the favorite for the job, but there's still a wide range of coaches that have garnered interest in the Jets' vacant offensive coordinator role that include:
