An elderly horse is back on her feet thanks to the vigilance of her owner and some specially trained rescuers.

The Coconino County Sheriff's Office said deputies were dispatched at about 2:30 p.m. to a snowy field north of the Arboretum at Flagstaff where a small plane made an unexpected landing.
