The Cleveland Cavaliers will be catching a break for Wednesday’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers. In addition to having a rest advantage, the Cavs will be taking on a Sixers team without their three best players according to the most recent injury report.

Being the second half of a back-to-back, Joel Embiid and Paul George have now been ruled out against the undefeated Cavs Wednesday.

Philadelphia's duo will miss their season debut for the fourth straight game because of their nagging knee injuries.

Joel Embiid and Paul George are out tomorrow vs. Detroit, the Sixers said Tuesday afternoon. They participated in portions of practice today, and will be re-assessed later in the week. In his second preseason contest back on Oct. 14, George suffered what was then called a left knee hyperextension, which was later diagnosed as a bone bruise.
