Microsoft is starting to open up Xbox Cloud Gaming to existing Xbox game libraries today. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can now stream 50 games that they already own, including Balatro, Baldur’s Gate 3, a variety of Final Fantasy titles, and Hogwarts Legacy.

Some newly surfaced evidence suggests that yet another beloved platformer may be coming to Xbox Game Pass in the near future.

All 50 games will be available to stream through any device that has access to the Xbox app with Game Pass, including TVs, smartphones, tablets and PCs (via web browser). Microsoft claims it will bring this feature to Xbox consoles and the Xbox Windows app in 2025.

Xbox Game Pass is a subscription service for Xbox consoles and PCs. You pay a monthly fee to subscribe to the service, and in exchange, you can download and play games from the Xbox Game Pass library on your console.

Streaming of games you own through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will initially be available on “TV and browser” and will come to Xbox consoles and the Xbox app on PCs in 2025. “Samsung Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TV devices, Meta Quest headsets” are among the platforms supported.
