Former UFC two-division champion Conor McGregor has been found liable for a 2018 sexual assault in a civil lawsuit in Ireland.

Irish UFC star Conor McGregor assaulted Nikita Hand, the jury in the Dublin civil case where he was accused of rape said in its verdict on November 22.

On Saturday, Conor McGregor doubled down on his insistence of innocence following verdict finding him liable for sexual assault.

A civil suit filed in Ireland alleged that McGregor had sex with a woman without her consent in 2018 in Dublin. McGregor says he will appeal.
