For Cowboys’ backup quarterback Trey Lance, he’s been cast in a supporting role as a two-time NFL MVP. Lance has spent the week leading up to Sunday’s Cowboys-Ravens matchup playing the role of Lamar Jackson for Dallas’ scout team, preparing the Cowboys defense for what they could see vs. Jackson.

The Baltimore Ravens drafted quarterback Lamar Jackson with the No. 32 overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft. Jackson has since done incredible things as a member of the Ravens, winning multiple MVPs and showing he has what it takes to be a star in the league.
