Microsoft email services Outlook and Hotmail were down Thursday morning as thousands of users reported outages. Downdetector data showed outage reports began climbing early Thursday morning, spiking to over 2,700 reports by 11 a.m. Does anyone know if Microsoft outlook is down?!
