Former LIV Golf CEO Greg Norman will be part of the organizing committee for the Brisbane 2032 Summer Olympics, the Australian said Thursday.

Greg Norman has been replaced as the CEO of LIV Golf, but the world No. 1 has already picked up a new role elsewhere which will see him play a big role in 2032 Olympic Games

Golfing great Greg Norman is joining the organizing board for the 2032 Summer Olympics in Brisbane, Australia. Norman, who hails from Queensland, Australia, is a two-time Open champion (1986, 1993) and former CEO of LIV Golf.

Thursday that Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese had picked Norman to replace a retiring politician on the 24-person organizing board for the 2032 Olympics. The Games will be held in Norman’s home state of Queensland,
