The Eagles’ victory over the Rams may have been Brandon Graham’s final chapter in midnight green, closing a remarkable 15-season journey defined by loyalty, resilience, and legendary moments.

Brandon Graham was all smiles as he arrived at Chickie's and Pete's in South Philadelphia on Monday night to host his radio show, but the 36-year-old admitted he was hurt after suffering an injury in Sunday's win over the Los Angeles Rams that will likely end his season.

LOS ANGELES − If this indeed was the last game of Brandon Graham's career, he went out by having his best game of the season. Graham didn't get to finish the game.
