Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates | Indian benchmark equity indices Sensex and Nifty50 traded off intra-day highs in the afternoon on Monday after gaining more than 1%, driven by investor optimism after the BJP-led Mahayuti alliance won the Maharashtra elections.

Nifty 50 concluded today's session, November 25, with a gain of 1.32%, closing at 24,221 points. The Sensex also ended the session higher, gaining 1.25% to close at 80,109 points.

BSE Sensex and Nifty50, the Indian equity benchmark indices, rallied strongly in trade on Monday. While the BSE Sensex surged over 1,300 points, Nifty50 crossed 24,350 intraday.

The 30-share BSE Sensex pack surged more than 1,300 points to hit above 80,450 level, while the broader NSE Nifty index moved around 400 points to trade above 24,300. Last checked, Sensex was up 1,261 points or 1.
