Tom Brady went off on Baker Mayfield after the Buccaneers QB criticized the work environment that the now-retired star brought to Tampa Bay.

Baker Mayfield made some news earlier this month when he said that Tom Brady made his Buccaneers teammates feel "stressed out" during his time with the franchise, which included a Super Bowl win over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Encouraged by play-by-play announcer Kevin Burkhardt to continue, Brady added more, explaining his process, and why “fun” wasn’t necessarily valuable to him — not as a substitute for winning, anyway.
