PHOENIX -- Phoenix Suns forward Kevin Durant suffered a sprained ankle in last night's win over the San Antonio Spurs, departing action with five minutes left in the first half and not returning.

Kevin Durant suffered a left ankle sprain when stepping on someone’s foot driving to the basket in transition in the second quarter. Scoring 13 points with 10 coming in the second, Durant checked out the game with 3:51 remaining in the first half and didn’t return in the second half.

Kevin Durant sprained his left ankle and hit the floor during a drive against the San Antonio Spurs and will be evaluated to determine the extent of the injury, Phoenix Suns coach Mike Budenholzer announced.
