YouTube introduces “Peak Points,” an AI-driven ad format that inserts ads after emotionally charged moments in videos, aiming to boost viewer engagement and ad recall.
This is “Peak Points,” the way YouTube will now deliver ads YouTube unveiled this new ad delivery method last week at its Brandcast event in New York.
The new tool is called “Peak Points,” YouTube said when it announced the feature at an event celebrating its 20th anniversary on Wednesday.
YouTube said the AI model is trained by analyzing video elements such as frames and transcripts. Peak Points is currently in a pilot program and will be rolling out over the rest of the year.
