One of the attorneys for Sean “Diddy” Combs in his sex trafficking case wants to quit the hip-hop mogul’s defense team.

The motion seeks to suppress all evidence obtained through these federal searches or grant a hearing to examine the government's conduct in obtaining the warrants.

Combs' lawyers are arguing evidence obtained when Homeland Security agents raided his homes following his arrest must be suppressed because the searches were unconstitutional.
