On Thursday morning, a team from LA’s ABC 7 news was out in the Pacific Palisades — one of the areas hardest hit by this week’s wildfires — when they came across a man trying to return to his home after the blaze tore through the area earlier this week.
Live alum Bill Hader caught a Los Angeles news crew by surprise when he offered to take part in their coverage of the ongoing wildfires affecting Southern California.
Hader then stressed the importance of taking the evacuation orders very seriously. "If you get an evacuation notice, just, you know, leave," he said. "Because I do know people who were kind of like 'Well, wait and see' and things like that, or, 'I’m in the yellow zone" or whatever.' This thing, once it went red, you couldn’t get out."
