A new wildfire spread quickly on Thursday in Southern California near the U.S.-Mexico border, The blaze is in the Otay Mountain Wilderness, home to the endangered Quino checkerspot butterfly and other unique species.

In a tweet mentioning the company's roots in Southern California, Blizzard announced that they will donate $1 million to Direct Relief. The funds will be used to, "support Direct Relief’s efforts in providing immediate and long-term aid and resources to impacted residents, community health centers, and first responders."
