Months after her arrest on charges that she was driving under the influence, the body camera footage and mug shot of Mary Lou Retton have been released.

In a statement released through her attorney, the 57-year-old Retton said she took full responsibility for her actions. “What happened was completely unacceptable. I make no excuses,” she said.

After pleading no contest in the case nearly a month ago, the Fairmont Police Department has released the bodycam footage of Mary Lou Retton’s DUI arrest back in May.
