Things were supposed to be different for the New York Jets the last two seasons after acquiring quarterback Aaron Rodgers from the Green Bay Packers.

During the offseason, many had the New York Jets in the Super Bowl conversation. Flash forward a few months later and the team is 3-9, fired its coach and general manager and rumors are circulating that some in the organization want Aaron Rodgers benched while more talk has Rodgers wanting out of New York all together at season's end.

In the Jets’ 26-21 loss to the Seahawks in Week 13, Rogers averaged a season-worst 4.8 yards per attempt when he had a clean pocket per NFL Next Gen Stats. In total, Rodgers has had five games under 5.2 yards per attempt in this area.
