On Saturday, the Salvation Army of Lawton hosted a kick-off for two of their annual events including their Angel Tree and Red Kettle Campaign.
Salvation Army’s ‘Angel Tree’ campaign returns as the holiday season begins
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – The Salvation Army’s annual Angel Tree campaign has returned — and the need is greater now than ever. The Angel Tree is the organization’s largest campaign and aids over 1,800 families and seniors who are in crisis in the local area. Salvation Army provides gifts and clothes as well as Christmas breakfast and dinner.

Angels are available at Front Porch Grill in Millbrook, Newk’s Eatery at the corner of Vaughn Road and Taylor Road in Montgomery, and at The Weight Clinic in Prattville. You can pick up an angel, buy the gifts, and return them to that same location now through Dec. 13.
