Arkansas has filed a lawsuit against YouTube, alleging the platform contributes to mental health issues among the state's youth.

Arkansas has sued YouTube and its parent company Alphabet, saying the video-sharing platform is deliberately addictive and fueling a mental health crisis among youth.

The lawsuit -- which was officially filed against YouTube, Google, parent company Alphabet, as well as XXVI Holdings, which owns significant equity in Alphabet companies -- comes after Griffin sued Facebook,

(AP) — An effort to expand Arkansas’ medical marijuana program fell short of the required signatures and won’t qualify for the November ballot, Secretary of State John Thurston said Monday.
