Browns defensive end Myles Garrett dropped Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson for an 8-yard loss on third-and-3 from the Cleveland 32. That sack helped push Chris Boswell's field goal try back to a 58-yarder, which the Pittsburgh kicker missed wide right.

Steelers receiver George Pickens attributed Thursday night's loss to "the conditions and away game refs," saying he doesn't think the Browns "are a good team at all."
