A new bill was introduced this week in Mississippi that would make it illegal for a man to masturbate or engage in other sexual acts when they have no “intent to fertilize an embryo.” Mississippi state Sen.

The bill would ban unprotected sex without the intent of procreation. Sponsoring Sen. Bradford Blackmon, D-Canton, hopes to make a point.
