The 53- year-old rapper collapsed during a show in Connecticut in August, and on Tuesday, it was revealed he died from hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. The Connecticut Chief Medical Examiner's Office made the announcement and confirmed the manner of death was ruled as natural.

Fatman Scoop, a rapper and hype man who collaborated with Mariah Carey and Missy Elliott, has died after collapsing onstage during an Aug. 30 concert in Connecticut. He was 56.
