Prosecutors say a former aide to New York City Mayor Eric Adams has agreed to plead guilty to a conspiracy charge.

Mohamed Bahi, an ex-employee of Mayor Eric Adams' administration, plans to plead guilty to charges as part of the federal corruption case against the mayor.

Prosecutors say Mohamed Bahi, who is identified in the indictment against New York City Mayor Eric Adams as “Adams Employee-1,” has indicated he intends to plead to a charge of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
