Matt Damon and Ben Affleck are pinpointing the sweet reason they decided to get into business together. The longtime friends, who grew up together in Boston, won Oscar gold for writing the 1997 movie Good Will Hunting, in which they also starred, before launching major Hollywood careers on their own.

In a joint interview for Extra TV, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon revealed that they're growing out their beards to transform themselves for their upcoming film, 'RIP', produced by their company Artists Equity.

Lopez, 55, filed for divorce from Affleck, 52, on the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding ceremony, which they held after eloping in Las Vegas on July 17, 2022. Affleck was previously married to actress Jennifer Garner for 10 years, from 2005 until 2015. They co-parent their three children: Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.
