Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe made a big move on Friday by signing a bill that enables the establishment of a Sports Complex Authority in Clay County.

If the Royals are looking to move to Clay County, county leaders may now be able to offer them something Jackson County voters rejected.

Cell phone use will be banned during the school day in Missouri next school year, as districts across the state are directed to put in new polices after Governor Mike Kehoe signed a bill this week.
