On Monday, Delano Public Schools said in a district-wide email that Delano High School senior Kurtis Wasik died in the crash. The sheriff's office also identified the victim as Wasik. A GoFundMe for Wasik has already raised over $24,000 to help support his family.

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal collision between a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle Tuesday afternoon in Leesburg.

Two people were killed after their motorcycle collided with a car Wednesday afternoon in Holiday. A 20-year-old Holiday man was riding a Ducati M750 westbound on Mile Stretch Drive at a “high rate of speed,” troopers said in a news release.
