The Ducks (8-0) are No. 12 with 806 points in this week’s AP men’s college basketball poll and No. 10 with 457 points in the coaches poll after beating Texas A&M, San Diego State and Alabama last week in Las Vegas.

It's still difficult in November to get a lot of people to care about a random basketball game in Las Vegas between two schools that are historically more likely to meet in a College Football Playoff than a Final Four.

So, it is no surprise that after an incredible weekend, Oregon has entered the AP Top 25 poll. The Ducks are now ranked 12th in the country, one of four Big Ten teams ranked. Oregon opens conference play on Wednesday, December 4th, when they hit the road to face USC (7:30 p.m., Big Ten Network).
