The Houston Astros are set to deal their 2019 and 2021 All-Star closer to the Chicago Cubs, as he agreed to waive his no-trade clause to allow the trade.

Pressly will waive his no-trade clause to facilitate the move, and Houston will send money to help cover his $14 million salary, the sources said.

ESPN's Jeff Passan reported that the Astros are sending reliever Ryan Pressly and cash considerations to the Cubs. In exchange, Ari Alexander of KPRC 2 Houston reported that minor league pitcher Juan Bello will head to the Astros.
